I would lose so fast. Ah, the never ending weight loss struggle. My phone (a Samsung Replenish, cute little devil) suggested that I download Noom, an app that claims to be a weight loss coach. I’ve only had it for a few days, but already upgraded to the pro version. It lets you track approximate calories, exercise, and water intake. It also suggests helpful health-centric articles to read and daily challenges for you to complete. We’ll see if it’s as good as the reviews say… I’m skeptical, but that might be because I’m crazy and stubborn.
